Der Erstkontakt über die telefonische Beratung mit Birgit war absolut positiv. Heute wurde mit mir eine Beratung durchgeführt. Es wurden persönliche und für mich von beteutende Fragen zur Anamnese gestellt, die sehr wichtig für die anstehende Behandlung sein werden. Mir wurde genau zugehört was ich zu meinem Werdegang zu sagen hatte. Über die persönlichen Kosten/Kostenübernahme der KK oder Finanzierung wurden ebenso genaue Auskunft erteilt. The procedure went well and the aftercare in the first weeks is OK, but after that there is no more aftercare unless you call yourself, and nothing encourages you to do so. I find the aftercare inadequate and, compared with other clinics, strikingly sparse. A digital group or something similar with a dietitian would be much better. I lost much less weight than expected and it cost more than 1,000 euros per kilo.
